伊冯·史翠贝尔 is the art teacher at South Park Elementary. She first appeared in the 第七季 episode, "厕纸风波".
Background
In "厕纸风波", she put 肯尼·麦考密克, 斯坦·马什, 凯尔·布罗夫洛夫斯基 and 埃里克·卡特曼 in detention for modeling a penis out of clay instead of doing their schoolwork. 四人组 then proceeded to take revenge on her by covering her house and lawn with toilet paper commonly known as TP'ing. Her family was in the house as well and Kyle had doubts about attacking her house because of her twin girls.
