Will Smith's Residence was Will Smith's family house in South Park. It was featured in Season Five episode "Here Comes the Neighborhood".
Background[]
Tired of being rejected by his peers due to his wealth status, Tolkien Black decided to mail out property advertisements in Forbes magazines, which caught the attention of Will Smith. With the agreement from the rest of his family, they decided to move to South Park. While Tolkien was watching the construction of the mansion, he meets the Smith family and later goes to play with the kids.
As more rich people settles into South Park, the townspeople became fed up and chased them out of town dressing up as "ghosts" (when they were actually KKK suits). After all the rich people had left, Mr. Garrison rounds up the residents just outside the mansion, and devises a plan to sell the abandoned houses so that the poor people can become rich themselves.
Appearance[]
The residence is a three-floor mansion with an attic and an attached garage, and it is painted orange with burgundy roofs. There is a circular fountain erected just outside the front door. Small wooden fences are built along the roadside.
