Wikileaks was an evil rat that listened to kids' gossip and posted them on the website "Eavesdropper" that appeared in the episode "Bass to Mouth".
Wikileaks is Lemmiwinks' older brother.
Wikileaks' hair has the same colour and style as Julian Assange. Wikileaks is shown to be intelligent enough to operate a computer, and record things with helmet cam.. He is also the main antagonist of "Bass To Mouth"
Wikileaks has darker fur than his brother Lemmiwinks, who has grey fur.

- Wikileaks' name and character is a reference to Julian Assange's website WikiLeaks, on which leaked government documents are posted and made available for download.
- Wikileaks is also a reference to the rat and villain "Martin" from The Secret of NIMH 2.
