This song is played several times during the course of the episode. In Eric Cartman's advertisement for his newly-created real estate group, the South Park Realty Group, Cartman is seen showcasing the Donovan Residence, as well as mentioning other residences, particularly the Broflovski Residence which is claimed to be Cartman's personal favorite. Cartman would lure several city people into the Black Residence, offering it for just under $50 million.
In response to the video, the South Park Realtors created their own advertisement, showcasing the Coney Island Hotdog. When the city people begin to leave town, the company once again return to prominence, promising to provide affordable housing to all residents.
