This is a list of all of Wendy Testaburger's alter egos and other costumes.
Main Alter Egos[]
These are alter egos that have appeared in more than one episode.
Cheerleader Wendy[]
Cheerleader Wendy is an alter ego that first appears in "Cartman Finds Love".
Wendy is not shown in the cheerleading squad until the aforementioned episode. She becomes captain of the cheerleading squad in "The Hobbit". She is wearing a sleeveless dress with "COWS" written on it and white shoes.
No Hat Wendy[]
No Hat Wendy is Wendy's appearance without her signature pink beret. She is first seen without her hat in the Season Four episode "Chef Goes Nanners", although she is also wearing her pajamas too.
Wendy is very rarely shown without her hat, usually while also wearing a costume. She is also seen without one in "Funnybot" and "The Scoots". Her Brite Bomber Wendy, Call Girl, and Ice Sniper Wendy alter egos also feature her without her hat.
Pajamas Wendy[]
Pajamas Wendy is an alter ego that has made several appearances since "Chef Goes Nanners".
Wendy is occasionally seen wearing her pajamas at night. They are pink and have three daisies on her shirt.
Alter Egos From Season One[]
Chewbacca Wendy[]
Chewbacca Wendy is a Halloween costume that makes an appearance in "Pinkeye".
The costume is a store-bought Chewbacca mask that Wendy wears for the costume contest. Despite agreeing with Stan to wear a “Raggedy Ann” costume, Wendy wears this costume anyways and proceeds to win the costume contest.
This costume also appears in "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery", where Wendy wins the costume contest at the end.
Zombie Wendy[]
Zombie Wendy is a Halloween costume that makes an appearance in "Pinkeye".
After winning the costume contest, upon meeting the boys at the Bus Stop, Wendy expresses her wishes to trick-or-treat with the boys. But Stan, angry at Wendy for breaking her promise to wear a Raggedy Ann costume, rebuffs her and tells her, “I wish you were dead!” After the boys leave Wendy behind, Wendy is ambushed by zombies and converted into one herself. She would later return back to the normal after Kyle kills Kenny.
Virgin Mary Wendy[]
Virgin Mary Wendy is a costume Wendy wears in "Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo".
Wendy wears this costume when she plays Mary, mother of Jesus in the school's nativity play. It consists of a teal robe over her normal clothes.
Leotard Wendy[]
Leotard Wendy is a costume Wendy wears in "Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo".
Wendy wears this costume during the final version of the school’s nativity play. It is a dark green leotard that replaces her normal clothes.
Black Leather Wendy[]
Black Leather Wendy is a costume Wendy wears in "Tom's Rhinoplasty".
Worried about losing Stan to Ms. Ellen, Wendy asks for Bebe's help in getting a makeover, and this costume is the result. It consists of a purple beret, black vest, and black skirt. Wendy also wears makeup with light-blue eyeliner and red lipstick, and she has an unlit cigarette in her mouth.
Swimsuit Wendy[]
Swimsuit Wendy is a bikini Wendy wears in "Tom's Rhinoplasty".
Wendy wears a pink bikini and some sunglasses.
Alter Egos From Season Four[]
Fingerbang Wendy[]
Fingerbang Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Something You Can Do with Your Finger".
This is the costume Wendy wears upon joining Fingerbang. It consists of a white buttoned shirt with a brown vest on top, oversized green pants, red-lense sunglasses, and replaces her pink beret for a red one. Notably, most of Wendy’s hair is hidden, presumably in her beret, to disguise herself as a boy.
Mrs. Keller[]
Mrs. Keller is an alter ego that appears in "Helen Keller! The Musical".
Wendy wears this costume when participating in a Thanksgiving school play by the fourth graders, taking on the role as Helen Keller's mother. It consists of a turquoise sweater, a dark blue jacket, a black bowtie and a white skirt.
Alter Egos From Season Six[]
Breast Implants Wendy[]
Breast Implants Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society".
Jealous of Bebe stealing the attention of the boys in her class, Wendy pays for breast implants in an attempt to outdo her. However, the boys ridicule her instead.
Alter Egos From Season Eight[]
Pre-School Wendy[]
Pre-School Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Pre-School".
She was in the same pre-school class as the boys.
Stupid Spoiled W**** Wendy[]
Stupid Spoiled W**** Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Stupid Spoiled W**** Video Playset".
She wears this costume in an attempt to fit in with the other girls who joined in the Stupid Spoiled W**** fad. However, Wendy is denied for being too smart. She changes out of this costume right afterward. Her outfit consists of a light blue crop top with a single sleeve and a pink text that reads "PARTY", a black belt with a golden buckle and dark blue jeans.
In the blooper reel for this episode, she is dressed up as an actual w****. Her outfit in the blooper reel consists of her wearing makeup, a pink bikini top with black lining, black gloves, a pink thong, black fishnet stockings and white shoes.
Alter Egos From Season Nine[]
Formal Wendy[]
Formal Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Follow That Egg!".
At the end of the episode, she wears this outfit at the wedding of Big Gay Al and Mr. Slave. It consists of a pink dress with white gloves and white high-heels.
Alter Egos From Season Twelve[]
Fighter Wendy[]
Fighter Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Breast Cancer Show Ever".
She wears this costume during her fist fight against Eric Cartman at the end of the episode. It consists of a white tank top with a pink unicorn shooting out two gold stars from its head through a ray of light. The tank top was worn underneath her regular jacket, which she took off and threw aside and she had her hair tied in a bun prior to fighting Cartman.
Alter Egos From Season Thirteen[]
"Going Rogue on the Smurfs" Wendy[]
"Going Rogue on the Smurfs" Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "Dances with Smurfs".
Although Wendy does not actually wear this costume at any point in the episode, this alter ego appears on the front cover of her book, Going Rogue on the Smurfs, while confronting Eric Cartman during his announcements show. She sold the movie rights to the book to James Cameron. It consists of light-blue facepaint to emulate the Smurfs' skin color.
Alter Egos From Season Fifteen[]
P.E. Wendy[]
P.E. Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "1%".
She wears this outfit during P.E. class alongside the rest of the students.
Funeral Wendy[]
Funeral Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "1%".
She wears this outfit during the "funeral" for Clyde Frog at Eric Cartman's backyard. It consists of a dark blue dress with a white collar and white sash over her waist.
Alter Egos From Season Seventeen[]
Photoshopped Wendy[]
Photoshopped Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "The Hobbit".
This is not actually a real costume, but instead an embellished version of Wendy made from photoshop by herself, presumably distributed digitally to the rest of the students at the end of the episode.
Alter Egos From Season Eighteen[]
Wendyl Testaburger[]
Wendyl Testaburger is an alter ego that appears in "The Cissy".
This is a transgender costume of Wendy, worn to gain access to the transgender bathroom at school, much to the ire of Eric Cartman. It consists of a white t-shirt with a light blue jeans vest on top and purple pants. Most of Wendy’s hair is hidden, presumably in her beret, to disguise herself as a boy.

Brite Bomber Wendy[]
Brite Bomber Wendy is a Halloween costume that makes an appearance in "The Scoots".
This costume is worn during trick-or-treating. It is based off the Brite Bomber outfit in Fortnite. Unlike most of her outfits, Wendy's beret is missing.
Alter Egos From Season Twenty-Four[]
Masked Wendy[]
Masked Wendy is an alter ego that appears in "The Pandemic Special" and "South ParQ Vaccination Special".
The mask is light blue and simply worn over Wendy's face, covering her non-existent nose and mouth.
Alter Egos From Video Games[]
Ice Sniper Wendy[]

Ice Sniper Wendy is a playable card in South Park: Phone Destroyer.
This card is Wendy Testaburger's Sci-Fi set card. She trades her signature hat for pink goggles and she also wears a dark blue scarf. When Wendy's ability is charged, she will freeze the 3 closest enemies in her range for 4 seconds.
Angel Wendy[]

Angel Wendy is a playable card in South Park: Phone Destroyer.
This card is Wendy Testaburger's Mystical set card. Her costume is a reference to the angels in real-life Abrahamic religions. She is a ranged common card with a charged ability to heal her three closest allies.
Shieldmaiden Wendy[]
- Main article: Shieldmaiden Wendy
Shieldmaiden Wendy is Wendy Testaburger's fantasy alter ego, first appearing in South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: Phone Destroyer.
She first appears as the leader of the Pleases and Sparkles Club. After the New Kid helps her and the rest of the girls discover who the "two-faced b****" is, Wendy agrees to help the elves and humans in their plot to stop Clyde Donovan from world domination.
Shieldmaiden Wendy also appears as a legendary playable card in South Park: Phone Destroyer. As well as being a playable card, Wendy also has 2 fantasy boss battles. She appears in Stage 2 of Episode 12 and Stage 4 of Episode 9. Her charge ability allows her to become invincible for a few seconds.
C*** Girl[]

C*** Girl is Wendy Testaburger's superhero alter ego, first appearing in South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
She is initially neither sided with the C*** and Friends nor the Freedom Pals, working on her own to investigate the strange disappearance of the town's cats. She first appears during the Raisins Girls' ambush against the New Kid using her hacking abilities to troll the Raisins Girls and scare them into retreat. She becomes fully playable during the infiltration of U-STOR-IT.
C*** Girl also appears as a playable card in South Park: Phone Destroyer. She is legendary and a ranged unit, with an ability to summon another character with her into battle.
In the New Kid's phone, they can see a C*** Girl app that is unlocked after beating stage 13 in PvE. When a specific number of missions are completed from the app, a boss battle will unlock. The New Kid will then be able to fight the boss and win that boss's card and additional rewards. The C*** Girl app is run by the C*** and C*** Girl but both with different objectives.
Captain Wendy[]
Captain Wendy is an adventure card from South Park: Phone Destroyer.
This Card is a rare ranged unit that has a charged ability to shoot the three closest enemy units in her range, damaging them.
Alter Egos from South Park Specials[]
Future Wendy[]
In South Park: Post Covid and South Park Post Covid: The Return of Covid, Future Wendy wears a navy blue jacket over a purple collared shirt and a navy blue skirt. She also wears a pair of glasses, gold earrings, and a gold bead necklace, but does not wear her beret.
