Background

In "The Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka", the boys must write and present a report on the Vietnam War. They ask Stan's Uncle Jimbo and his friend, Ned Gerblansky, about their experiences during the war. The two embellish their war stories, leading to the boys failing.

In "201," a flashback is seen showing that Mitch Conner was in the war. In this flashback, there are no carnival rides as seen in Jimbo and Ned's flashback.
