You Cant Do Have It Twice In A Row (meaning that if you win the June one You cant Be The Winner Of The July
4.This Are The Same Things Like The AOTM, Just Put A Name In The Voting Box. (Meaning That If I Want Annonimus To Vote Do It Than In The Vote Box)
5.Burcrats And Admins Can Join Too.
6.Only Registerd Contributors Can Join.
7.You Can Give By That Name Why He Must Be COTM.
