I thought this episode was another standard South Park episode, which is good but they weren't going all out. "Raising the Bar" was better than "Sarcastaball" in my opinion because it felt like there was more to it and it raised a well founded issue, furthered by tying in "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo".
Thinking about it, "Sarcastaball" felt slightly below average to me and I felt that it should have been much better for the start of a new run, regardless if its an entirely new season or not. Both episodes felt rather 'safe', but I think "Raising the Bar" was only just so and, if pushed further, could have been a very memorable episode for me.
