  • The abandoned South Park Mall, Tweek Bros. Coffeehouse going out of business, and the townspeople working at and/or being eager to shop at Amazon, is a reference to malls, big box retailers and small businesses across America being affect by e-commerce businesses such as Amazon, as they have gained tract and opened fulfillment centers in many cities in recent years. E-commerce often gives customers fast service without leaving home, as well as new jobs, but leaves towns with local malls and stores abandoned or with significantly less foot traffic.[1][2]
