Toronto is the largest city in the Canadian province of Ontario. A few Canadian characters, such as Terrance and the Queef Sisters, originate from this city.
Background[]
During the airing of The March of War in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, it is reported that Toronto had been under attack by the United States as part of the American-Canadian War, in retaliation to the bombing of the Arquette Residence by the Canadian army.
In “Taming Strange”, Terry, the minister of Canada’s health department has an office located in Toronto, as evident by the CN Tower which can be seen in the window of his office in one scene.
In "SUPER HARD PCness", Kyle takes a phone call from President Garrison, asking for Canadians to be "erased from the Earth." President Garrison accepts his request, and sends a bomb to Toronto, destroying much of the city along with its residents. A ruined Toronto can be seen in the following episode “Splatty Tomato”, where Prime Minister Justin Trudeau makes his speech to President Garrison and all Canadians living in the world.
In “The Worldwide Privacy Tour”, Good Morning Canada is filmed in Toronto, which appears to have been entirely rebuilt after the events of “SUPER HARD PCness”.
