Tom Foley is the dentist that confronts Loogie at Loogie's Restaurant in "The Tooth Fairy Tats 2000". Tom walks into the restaurant as Loogie complains to his friends about The Boys not wanting to share the profit from tooth laundering. Tom confronts Loogie, who tried to pretend to be a normal kid, and Loogie quickly dismisses his accusations.
