- The episode's promotional banner shows Kyle staring angrily at the Prince and Princess of Canada, albeit without his trademark ushanka and revealing his afro hairstyle. In the episode however, he was shown with his ushanka donned. This would have been his first appearance with the hairstyle since shaving it in "SUPER HARD PCness".
- This is the first main series appearance of Ike since Season 23's "Christmas Snow".

- The chant played during the Queen's funeral is performed by Betty Boogie Parker.[8]
- The opening scene of the school before Kyle walks in reuses footage from "Back To The Cold War".

- The Canadian Queen's funeral is a parody of Queen Elizabeth II's state funeral which took place on September 19, 2022.
- Kyle telling Ike that the funeral was four months ago is a reference to Queen Elizabeth II's funeral taking place around four months prior to this episode's air date.
- Canadian musician Smelly John and his song during the Canadian Queen's funeral are a parody of musician Elton John and his song, "Candle in the Wind".
- Former British royals, Prince Harry and his wife, actress Meghan Markle, are parodied throughout the episode:
- The physical appearances of the Canadian prince and his wife are based on the couple.
- Kyle mentions that the prince and his wife were bashing the Canadian monarchy, which references the real-life couple's controversial statements about the British monarchy, with Meghan making accusations of having to deal with racism within the family due to her being half black, as well as with the Royal family's handlers, and disagreeing with the Royal Family's relationship with the press. - The prince and his wife declaring that they will leave Canada and going around the world with signs that demanded that receive privacy references remarks made by the couple about needing privacy following their retirement from Royal Family duties while going on a worldwide tour and eventually settling in a wealthy enclave in Southern California, as well as subsequent publicity tours to promote new projects, which have lead people to accuse them of being hypocrites. - A book written by the Prince that is presented during Good Morning Canada is titled Waaagh, parodying Prince Harry's memoir Spare which was released on January 10, 2023.[15]
- The prince stating that he has a "blue penis" before pressing it up against Kyle's living room window is a likely reference to Harry stating in his memoir that he had a frostbitten penis after going on an Arctic expedition in 2011.[16]
- This could also be a reference to royals being "blue blooded".

Goofs[]
- On the royal couple's map of the USA, the state of West Virginia has its Northern Panhandle missing.
- Despite dying in the episode Season Finale, Jason White appears in the school foyer. This is an ongoing animation error in the series.
- Similarly, the boy with brown hair and red shirt who died in The Pandemic Special is seen once again. He even says "yeah" near the end of the episode with a voice very similar to Craig's.
- When Kyle talks to the boys about missing game night, a brown haired recolor of Nate can be seen walking in the hallways the same way three times.
- The CumHammer activity book which Kyle is working on contains the question "Complete the venn diagram with the words you just wrote down." In this question, the "venn diagram" is not capitalized to "Venn diagram".
- The Brand Deficits pie chart placed throughout the CumHammer office has a duplicate category for "Clothes".
