Walkthrough

From the South Park Church, take the path to the right until you reach the Park County Police Station. Turn south and then west, past the Park County Community Center, before reaching South Park Elementary. Alternatively, if the Fast Travel points for both South Park Church and South Park Elementary have been activated, you may use the system which will take you directly to the school.

Note: Once inside, take selfies with Annie and Ashley next to the stairs. Mr. Adler is on the left, and will only take a selfie with you if you "stop screwing around." Do not do anything for the next few seconds, and you will be able to take a selfie.

Head down to the school hallway, then turn right into the Counselor room, where you will find Mr. Mackey. After taking a seat, Mr. Mackey will asks the sex which you identify as; Male, Female, or Other. If you choose Male or Female, you will then be asked of your gender; Cisgendered or Transgendered. Regardless of choice, Mr. Mackey will phone in your parents to verify your sex/gender. Mr. Mackey will thank you for your time, but cautions that "there's a lot of people out there who don't accept you for what you are".

Note: Before leaving the school, make sure to loot the gymnasium, where there is another piece of Creek Yaoi Art.

Leave the school by the front door. You will be approached by three Hillbillies arriving from a truck, intimating you on your sex/gender.
