The Lords of the Underworld is a band consisting of Skyler, Jonesy and Mark, later joined by Timmy.
Background
The band's frontman, Skyler, was first featured in "Cat Orgy" as Shelly Marsh's boyfriend, though they broke up by the end of the episode. The rest of the band also appeared in the episode.
In "Timmy 2000", Timmy joined the band as the lead singer to form Timmy & the Lords of the Underworld. However, Skyler was dissatisfied that Timmy was taking attention and coverage away from him. Consequently, the band broke up at the Lalapalalapaza festival after Skyler was encouraged by Phil Collins to start a solo project, called Reach for the Skyler. After Skyler's solo effort failed, he re-formed his old group and Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld played together once again.
The band later joined Moop's strike against illegal music downloading in "Christian Rock Hard", though Timmy was absent.
