The show is all about Butters Stotch's adventures and his family. Meant as a stand-alone introduction to Leopold "Butters" Stotch, after the demise of Kenny McCormick in the previous episode, "Kenny Dies". The theme song, "It's Butters!" replaces the usual South Park Theme and is played throughout the episode as a running joke.
