Ted is the husband of Hazel who appears in the Season Twenty-Two episode "A Boy And A Priest".

Appearing outside of the South Park Church, Ted is seen walking with his wife, Hazel, before Mr. Mackey greets them, wishing them a happy Sunday. Ted responds by saying good morning to Mr. Mackey, subsequently leading to his wife doing the same.
