Ted is an aide to Mayor McDaniels. He helps the mayor fix South Park's many problems, but the mayor takes his ideas and claim them as her own. Like his fellow aide Johnson he has never played much of a role, excluding a brief but important role in "Night of the Living Homeless", when he takes Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny into his car in hopes of helping them escape the homeless, but dies is killed. Despite this, he cameos alive in "Sexual Healing", though this is an error and he is still considered dead.
As of "Medicinal Fried Chicken" he has been replaced by a new, unamed aide.
