"Surrender" is a song by American pop rock band Cheap Trick. It was mentioned in the Season Eleven episode, "Guitar Queer-O".
Background
Stan Marsh and Kyle Broflovski play this song on Guitar Hero, after Eric Cartman ridicules Randy Marsh for playing a real guitar. Craig Tucker tells Randy he would rather see Stan and Kyle play the game instead.
