Synopsis

There is a new principal at the helm of South Park Elementary. He forces the boys to confront the damage they’ve done through their history of racism and unconscious bias. It is the most stunning and brave South Park ever.

Plot

Mr. Mackey calls an parent/teacher/student assembly of South Park Elementary to inform the audience Principal Victoria has been fired due to her not taking action against a student referring to rape as a "hot Cosby" and is replaced by P.C. Principal, a bully who threatens to change South Park and make people aware of their racism and bigotry over the past few Seasons (including the death, presumed suicide, of Chef). Kyle is immediately given two weeks' detention for saying that Caitlyn Jenner is not a hero for having gender reassignment surgery. Kyle's father, Gerald Broflovski, attempts to aid in Kyle's defense, but when Gerald refers to Caitlyn Jenner by her former name Bruce Jenner, P.C. Principal becomes violent and throws them both out of his office. Gerald, Randy Marsh, Stuart McCormick, Stephen Stotch and others talk about the new school principal and Caitlyn at a new college bar called Crunchy's Micro Brew. They are accosted by violent, politically correct PC Bros and forced to refer to Caitlyn as "stunning and brave".

The newly formed PC Bros, who all refer to themselves as P.C. move in together and form the PC Delta. At school, Kyle, Stan, Kenny, and Butters attempt to convince Cartman to break the rules like Cartman's hero, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Cartman meets P.C. Principal in the restroom and uses Butters' underwear to attempt to frame him for child molestation, but PC Principal violently assaults Cartman while turning his words against him.

Randy goes to the fraternity house after witnessing the party and is inadvertently pledged into the group forced to consume large amounts of alcohol. In the hospital, Cartman is ready to give up and accept that he and the rest of the gang are bigots, but Kyle refuses to accept this and believes even more that Caitlyn Jenner is a phony. Randy and the other pledges shame Kyle by waking him to a room full of pigs painted with the word "biggit" (sic).

After a dream where Cartman believes he is Tom Brady and avoiding the Deflategate scandal, Cartman pledges to Butters that he will be newer and better. Kyle asks Stan to make Randy and his P.C. gang stop assaulting him. When Butters tells Cartman that Kyle is now the main target of the P.C. frat members, Cartman vows to take them out. Cartman and others begin an assault on the frat house with 200 Pregnant Mexicans, Taco Cannons, Syrian Refugee Children and Jared Fogle. Kyle interrupts, calling Caitlyn Jenner a hero and brave. Everyone applauds Kyle including a clip from the 2015 ESPY Awards. The gang begrudgingly admits that P.C. is staying as Kyle observes that the only person who seems to have come out a winner was Cartman, just like his hero, Tom Brady.
