Strawberry Shortcake is a character created by American Greetings, and seen on greeting cards, dolls, posters, and in animation. She appears in the "Imaginationland" trilogy, where she is seen being tortured and killed by the evil fictional characters. She's later revived, along with every other imagination that was killed, when Butters re-imagines Imaginationland.
