Martha and Stephen Thompson are two, Butt-Headed People. They have a condition known as Reverse Polarity Syndrome which causes the affects faces to resemble buttocks, they still have fully functional face organs such as mouths noses and ears and contrary to what is said do not have faces where their ass should be, more than 11 people worldwide suffer from this condition. Their son is Ben Affleck who apparently also has a butt-face.
