Stacy is a background character on the show. She is a Sixth Grade student at South Park Elementary who was first seen in "Breast Cancer Show Ever".

Stacy is first added to the background characters in "Breast Cancer Show Ever", along with several other 6th graders, where she is seen watching Cartman fight Wendy with the rest of the school. After this episode, she begin to be commonly used as a prop in the assembly, cafeteria and playground scenes.
Stacy played her first notable role in "#REHASH", where she accompanies Shelley and Kelly to the top pop musicians concert to see Lorde singing.

Stacy is a medium-sized 6th grader with combed dark brown hair in long pigtails tied with pink bows. She wears a green vest underneath a dark shirt and gray pants.
