South Park Morgue

The South Park Morgue is first seen in the first season episode Pink Eye. In the episode Kenny is taken there after he is killed by a falling space station. As he is being pumped full of embalming fluid due to an error made by the Morticians Assisstant he is pumped full of worcestershire sauce which should NEVER be used as embalming fluid. But because it was the morgue becomes ground zero for a zombie outbreak.
