South Park Morgue

The South Park Morgue is seen prominently in the Season One episode, "Pinkeye".

Background[]

Kenny is taken to the morgue by ambulance, after the MIR Space Station crashes on him at the bus stop. As the morticians begin pumping his lifeless body with embalming fluid, a bottle of Limey Charles Worcestershire Sauce accidentally gets mixed into the fluid and into Kenny.

This causes Kenny to be reanimated into a zombie. Kenny then eats the mortician, and his assistant, thus starting a chain of events, in which the majority of the townsfolk become zombies.
