South Park County Jail

South Park County Jail is a prison in South Park that was featured in Season Twenty-Three episode "Season Finale".

Background[]

Mayor McDaniels placed charges against Randy Marsh for blowing up his neighbor's homegrown weed, among other "crimes", and decided to lock him up in the South Park County Jail until trial.

While in prison, Randy calls up President Garrison for help, and picks up the DARVO technique (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim, and Offender) through some role play. Garrison then offered to send Rudy Giuliani over to help him get out of trouble. Upon arrival, Randy told Giuliani that he intend to plead guilty, but was instead offered a joint which Giuliani had smuggled under his pants.
