The South Park Center for Seismic Activity is a small United States Geological Survey outpost located up on the local mountain around South Park, which monitors for seismic events such as volcanic activity at Mount Evanston. It is one of the former workplaces of Randy Marsh.

Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny go hunting with Stan's uncle Jimbo Kern. They hunt and kill many different animals, not far from the Center of Seismic Activity. During this trip, the illusive volcano's seismic events were recorded through transmissions at the Center, where Randy Marsh worked during "Volcano".
At some unspecified time after "Goobacks", Randy was transferred to a different United States Geological Survey building.
Randy returns to both offices in South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2 to work on a solution to resolve the drought in Colorado, turning the former Center for Seismic Activity into a Government Desalinization Plant.

The Center for Seismic Activity is a plain, featureless building with no remarkable architectural qualities. The roof of the building features several antennae, including equipment used to measure and record seismic activity.

Players may encounter the South Park Center for Seismic Activity (known as the Geology Station) during the Stark's Pond chapter, where they are tasked to retrieve gas or keys for a tanker truck in order to free Randy from the frozen ice at Stark's Pond.
