Description[]
Randy comes to terms with his role in the COVID-19 outbreak as the on-going pandemic presents continued challenges to the citizens of South Park. The kids happily head back to school but nothing resembles the normal that they once knew; not their teachers, not their homeroom, not even Eric Cartman.[1]

The season consists of two episodes: "The Pandemic Special" which aired on September 30, 2020, and "South ParQ Vaccination Special" which aired on March 10, 2021.
Cover[]
The cover features the boys with Butters, Randy Marsh and President Garrison. Cartman appears in his pajamas, the same attire which he wore while singing "I Love You, Social Distancing". Stan is holding a ruined teddy bear, in a nod to "The Pandemic Special" where he attempts to make a teddy bear for Butters at the Build-A-Bear Workshop. Butters is carrying an American flag and wears a T-shirt from the Lil' Qties which he was a member of. Kenny and Kyle Broflovski are wearing masks, with Kenny dressing up in his Kommunity Kidz costume. Randy is seen holding a pangolin which was a potential cure for COVID-19. Behind Randy stands President Garrison, carrying a flamethrower pack which he used to burn the pangolin in "The Pandemic Special".
The back cover features the 4th grade class on a Zoom meeting, referencing "The Pandemic Special".
