Cover
The front cover's main color is a dark-blue with various-colored stars in the background. It depicts the boys riding a car through space, with Kenny driving, a reference to "Major Boobage". The back cover features Kenny "cheesing" against a space background, also referencing "Major Boobage". This is the third back cover not to feature the four main characters.
The cover of the inner case shows Kenny riding on the flying creature with the Large-Breasted Woman. The back shows the boys as a Peruvian flute band, a reference to "Pandemic".
Opening the case reveals Butters about to bite Cartman as he sleeps, referencing "The Ungroundable", and Steven Spielberg and George Lucas about to molest Indiana Jones, referencing "The China Probrem". Opening it again reveals the Guinea Creatures attacking South Park, referencing the "Pandemic" duology.
The three discs depicts Kyle impersonating Britney Spears, the brutally-beaten Cartman and Wendy fighting, and Barack Obama in his heist gear with Michelle Obama. Each disc references "Britney's New Look", "Breast Cancer Show Ever", and "About Last Night...", respectively.
