Cover

This front cover's primary color is dark-red. It depicts Eric Cartman on a tricycle and wearing sunglasses, a reference to "Chickenlover". It also shows Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and Kenny McCormick graffitiing a giant number 2, which doesn't reference any episode.

The back cover features Kenny and Stan, Cartman, and Kyle from the evil parallel universe, as seen in "Spookyfish". Cartman is smiling while Stan and Kyle are looking at him in a disgruntled manner.

Scenes from various Season Two episodes are depicted throughout the inner case. The front of inner case shows Stan, Kyle, and Kenny falling down, and Cartman attacking them with his nightstick. The back shows Ms. Crabtree threatening to kill a bunny, a reference to "City on the Edge of Forever (Flashbacks)".

Opening the inner case reveals Mr. Mackey communicating with 'devil'-Mackey and 'angel'-Mackey, as seen in "Ike's Wee Wee", and the school bus about to crash, as featured in "City on the Edge of Forever (Flashbacks)". Opening it again reveals Frida using one of the boys' parents' toothbrush, referencing "Chickenpox".

The three discs depict scenes featuring Eric Cartman. The first disc shows him on police-duty with Officer Barbrady, the second shows him in his Cheesy Poofs costume, and the third features him dancing in a lederhosen. Each disc references "Chickenlover", "Roger Ebert Should Lay off the Fatty Foods", and "Chef Aid", respectively.
