South Park: The Complete Fourth Season is a 2004 DVD release of Season Four, including all seventeen episodes from the season and featuring audio mini-commentaries by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The Blu-ray boxset containing the re-rendered episodes was released on December 5, 2017.
Cover
This front cover's primary color is purple. It depicts the boys wearing their boy-band costumes from Eric Cartman's dream in "Something You Can Do with Your Finger". The back cover features the boys in formal attire from "The Tooth Fairy Tats 2000".
Opening the inner case shows Cartman lifting his shirt, as the other boys sing. The back of the inner case shows Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and other children, as seen in "The Wacky Molestation Adventure".
Opening the case again shows Ms. Choksondik training with a set of books, referencing "Fourth Grade". It also reveals Chef in his attire seen in "Chef Goes Nanners" and a Cartman attacking the town, as seen in "Trapper Keeper".
The three discs contains depictions of Timmy Burch. The first disc references "Timmy 2000" and shows Timmy with his band, while the other two discs showcase Timmy's appearance in "Helen Keller! The Musical".
