South Park: The Complete Fifteenth Season is a 2012 Blu-ray/DVD release of Season Fifteen, including all fourteen episodes from the season and featuring audio mini-commentaries by Trey Parker and Matt Stone as well as Deleted Scenes, Behind the Scenes of "City Sushi", and the Featurette 6 Days to Air: The Making of 'South Park'.
Cover
The cover depicts Eric Cartman with his stuffed toys and the boys in their gym uniforms, in reference to the episode "1%". The predominant background color is light blue. Verified pictures of the back cover have yet to be released.
The title of the season is at the top again, as opposed to Season 14 which had the title at the bottom.
