Trivia

  • When Kenny is denied access to heaven, he falls down to hell. You can see a sign saying "Heaven" as he falls, and the sign says that the population of heaven is 1,656. The population for hell, however, increases from 923,545,421,207 to 923,545,421,267 and counting (due to others dying at the same time going to Hell).
  • Jesus is seen 3 times in the movie, 1st time in the crowd pan in the briefing room to the left of Officer Barbrady and then seen in the army in the marching scene before Kyle hides Ike in the attic and finally right at the back of the crowd scene at the end.
  • Though Conan O'Brian dies before the war, he apparently still lives as he is seen in Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub. He was likely revived along with everyone else due to Kenny's wish.
  • During the opening song, Kenny wakes up and is in his underwear and seen from behind, making it the first time his hair is seen (though if you freeze frame at the point where he zips his hood up, you can see a lock of his hair and his mouth).
  • Barbra Streisand's name is said as a swear word by Eric Cartman during the fight between him and Saddam.
  • Kenny removes his hood when he makes his wish at the end of the movie. This is the first time his face is seen in full and the first time his voice is clearly heard. Kenny's voice was provided by Mike Judge. However, whenever unhooded in the series from then on, he is voiced by Eric Stough.
  • The main tagline was Uh-Oh.
  • When Gregory was sharing his plan with the others, it used the same map as used in the episode "Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut"
  • During the scene where everyone is meeting for "La Resistance", there is a kid resembling Clyde but has longer bangs and longer hair in the back.
  • When the message comes out about Terrance & Phillip shirts are banned in the school and that everyone that wears a shirt is to be sent home, all the kids run home. Kenny, however, is not wearing a Terrance & Phillip shirt but still he goes home.
  • The movie fits in Season three between Jackovasaurus and Sexual Harassment Panda.
  • Damien, a character from the episode with the same name and the son of Satan, is seen at the Terrance & Philip movie when the kids watches it the second time. He's sitting on the left of Stan.
  • When using the V-Chip, Cartman's attacks resemble attacks seen in Dragon Ball Z. Also, when Saddam gets knocked down from one of his attacks, the sound that plays was from Dragon Ball Z. Cartman's hair also becomes spiked like a Super Saiyan. (Although this could be due to the electricity.)
  • The scene where Cartman is demonstrating the V-Chip is reminiscent of the scene in the film A Clockwork Orange after he is given aversion therapy.
  • It was never revealed why it took Sheila a long time to remember Ike was a Canadian and how she would've reacted if he was sent to a "Happy Camp".
  • Paramount originally wanted the film to be rated PG-13, but Matt and Trey refused to make the film unless it was to be rated R.
  • In the 2001 Guiness Book of World Records, the film was rewarded for having the Most Profanity in a Animated film, the film contained 399 curse words (the word fuck was said 146 times.), it also included 199 offensive gestures and 221 acts of violence.
  • There is a such thing as a V-chip but is used on TVs for parents to block TV shows that were for mature audience or pornography
  • The piano used in Big Gay Al's solo is a Felcher and Sons, a reference to the sexual act of the same name.

Goofs

  • Though Ned is one-armed cripple, he took the part in Canadian-American war. In real life, cripples aren't allowed to be in military but Ned's experience with guns may have made him become accepted (not to mention, he could still fire them as later seen)
  • Mr. Hat is seen going back to hell with Satan, but his very next appearance is back with Mr. Garrison in the crowd.
  • When the children leave the movie theater after the rehab session you can see the rear of Bebe exiting through the doors but Bebe is still in her seat.
  • Cartman is somehow able to say the word "shit" without his v-chip reacting during the song "What Would Brian Boitano Do?", although, since Cartman was offscreen at the time, he may have not been singing, for example, during the "La Resistance" medley.
  • While Cartman is singing his popular "Kyles Mom is a Bitch", when Terrance Mephisto runs past with the other children, the yellow stripes on his shirt are gone.
  • During the song It's Easy, Mmm'kay Fosse is seen wearing a brown shirt insted of his usual purple one with white stripes. At the end of the song, he is back in a purple shirt.
  • When Mr. Mackey announces over the speaker in the cafeteria that all children must be sent home immediately, Kenny can be seen running with them. However he wasn't wearing anything Terrance and Phillip. He either would've been wearing it underneath his parka or he just left with everyone to get a day off school.
  • During the Uncle Fucka number, one of the Canadians in the city scene has a triangular-shaped head as opposed to the traditional oval-shaped.
  • When the boys talk to Chef in the cafateria Terrance Mephisto and Rebeca can be seen leaving with their lunch and have Terrance and Phillip shirts on. When Chef says "Hello there children", they can be seen but they have their ordinary cloths and no Terrance and Phillip shirts. In the next seen when the boys walk up to Chef, they (Terrance and Rebecca) walk away but with their Terrance and Phillip shirts on.
  • When the boys prepare to watch Terrance & Phillip Asses of Fire Kyle asks Cartman for candy, pay attention to Stan's drink, it changes from being held by Stan to being placed on his theater seat.
  • During the "La Resistance" song, Brad is seen behind Token in one part but disappears, only to reappear seconds later. Also, after the camera to be divides among Gregory and the soldiers, Brad was substituted by Craig
  • When the boys are at the cinema, both times, you notice that the back of the seats are higher than the boys. But everytime you see the movie screen, you can see their hats, even though that would not be possible.
  • When Cartman is visited by Kenny's ghost, he swears under his sheets but is not shocked.
  • At the end, Jimbo is shown wearing his regular outfit. The next scene he's in, he's wearing his army outfit. At the end of the last song, he's wearing his regular outfit again.
  • Saddam exits Hell holding a martini glass which changes from hand to hand and disappears at times.
  • In the second time that the children attend the film, when Terrance "You say wants to see the Northern Lights? ", the top-head of Damien is visible, but he disappears soon afterwards.
  • When Terrance and Philip show the "true Canadian joke" for Conan, Philip's false mustache disappears when Terrance breaks the instrument, but in the next seen, it is there again.
  • When Mr. Mackey announces over the speaker that would be shown a special announcement in the gym, Gregory and his wallet disappear.
  • When Cartman realizes he is still holding Mr. Hat for Mr. Garrison he says "Why the hell am I still holding this for?" and doesn't get shocked by the v-chip.

Five visitors can be found in the movie:

  • Right after "It's Easy, M'Kay" when they're in the theater and screen left on the 2nd from the back a black visitor.
  • Cartman has a picture of a visitor by his window.
