Some Puerto Rican guy is a made up character in South Park. In "Butters' Very Own Episode" he was blamed for kidnapping Butters and John and Patricia Ramsey's children, killing O.J. Simpson's wife and Gary Condit's intern. Once more, stereotypes against foreigners and especially Hispanics are obviously displayed in this character which is never drawn more explicitly throughout any episodes. It is implied throughout the episode that "Some Puerto Rican guy" had been made up by all of the other people and that they were actually the killers of their loved ones.
