The Snowball DLC is a downloadable content pack for South Park: Snow Day!, including the Snowball weapon alongside its upgrade cards and two cosmetics.

The Snowball is a ranged weapon, which explodes on impact with the ground, dealing damage in the area around it. Depending on whether or not the throw was charged it either detonates immediately or takes some time to do so.
