SmileyTown was an area comprising half of South Park claimed by Eric Cartman in "The Wacky Molestation Adventure". It bordered with Treasure Cove. Unlike Treasure Cove, it appeared to be in good condition, with the exception of Butters' gas station. The town was run by Cartman. SmileyTown had many important buildings in it such as City Hall which is where Cartman ran the town from.
