Kenny's Death
After the doctor implies Kenny, Kyle and Butters are fated to die via auto-erotic asphyxiation, which involves hanging one's self while wearing a costume, and mentions the idea of an 'awesome orgasm', Kenny hangs himself from his closet door with a belt while dressed as Batman and masturbating, only to be discovered by his mother at dinnertime. His death plays a role in the episode, driving Butters and Kyle to insanity at his funeral, worried they could end up like him.
Continuity
Kenny already learned about the high one gets from choking one's self from Mr. Mackey, during Major Boobage. This however is the first time he associates sex with it.
This is the second time that monkeys are used as test subjects, the first time being in Pee.
Goofs
Ted, the man who died in Night of the Living Homeless, appeared at Kenny's funeral. This could be a one time mistake, for he is never seen prominently with the mayor anymore, even in 201.
