The Sewers are an underground sewage tunnel network that was featured in Season Two episode "Chef's Chocolate Salty Balls".

- "Chef's Chocolate Salty Balls" - Stan and Kyle visits Mr. Hankey who was being affected by the waste produced from the Sundance Film Festival.
- "A Very Crappy Christmas" - The boys go there to investigate why Mr. Hankey didn't show up.
- "Night of the Living Homeless" - The boys enter there to escape the homeless.
South Park: The Stick of Truth[]
The sewers are accessed from a manhole just outside the South Park News Office. They are used in several side quests, most notably "Dropping the Kids Off", where The New Kid must help Mr. Hankey find his missing kids.
The Penis Mouse and Bloodsucking Fruit Bat are hunted in the lower levels of the sewers, as part of "Big Game Huntin' With Jimbo".
Some homeless people can be found in sewers for "The Homeless Problem" quest.
In the "ManBearPig" quest, the New Kid is provided a ManBearPig Defilibrator by Al Gore, to be activated in the sewers.
