"Seasons Change" is a song sung in the Season Eight episode, "Cartman's Incredible Gift".

Following an accident from jumping off a roof, Eric Cartman goes into a coma in Hell's Pass Hospital. The song is played against the screenshot of the hospital, then shifting over to Cartman who was about to wake up. The song is later played again in the same manner, when Cartman's mom is giving him a glass of chocolate milk.

Seasons change, time passes by.
As the weeks become the months become the years.
