Season Two of South Park, aired on April 1, 1998.

In this season, Cartman becomes a police officer, Stan gets an evil pet goldfish, Kyle finds out his brother Ike is from Canada, Mr. Garison replaces Mr. Hat with a new puppet called Mr. Twig, and Kenny dies in every episode except for "Terrance and Philip in Not Without My Anus" where he was not featured. This season also has the most episodes up to date, with 18 episodes.

Series creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone mentioned in the season three commentaries that they considered this season to be very poor, and season 2 is the only DVD box set to lack commentaries.
