Scotland is the second largest country in the United Kingdom that appeared in the Season Six episode "The Biggest Douche in the Universe".
Background
Cartman, Liane, and Chef flew to Chef's parents who find it hard to expulse Kenny's soul out from Cartman's body which then moved into fried meat. Near the end of the episode, a trailer is shown where Rob Schneider finds the fried meat (wherein is Kenny's soul) that Cartman left and Schneider eats it. The resulting movie is titled Kenny and shows him living out Kenny's former life.
