Ruffians is a gay bar that was seen in the Season Nineteen episode, "Tweek x Craig".
Background
In "Tweek x Craig", Cupid Me is rejected by Eric Cartman and visits Ruffians to "pick up guys." Needing Cupid Me's help getting Tweek Tweak and Craig Tucker back together, Cartman also goes to Ruffians to convince him to help. Because nobody but Cartman can seen Cupid me, he appears be talking to himself, much to the confusion of the other patrons.
