The Romanian Father is the Father of the Quintuplets who he neglected when they were little. After there mother died they lived with there Grandmother (Romanian Grandmother).
In Quintuplet 2000 The Romanian Father made his first apperance when the Romanians wanted the Quintiplets back they threatened The father that they would kill him if he does'nt help them. on the south park news they showed the video that they made asking for Quintuplets back, it had the father reading out lines on a piece of paper and a gun being pointed at his head. he later appeared in the episode where the Quintuplets told of the Romanians, there father, protesters, goverment and Stan Marsh , Kyle Broflovski , Eric Cartman. Theyare now being look after by Oprah.
