"Pretty Vacant" is a song by the English punk rock band, the Sex Pistols. It was featured in the Season Eleven episode, "Guitar Queer-O".

Stan Marsh has been up for three days straight playing Heroin Hero, after Kyle Broflovski and Thad Jarvis quit playing Guitar Hero with him.

Stan was forced to earn more than 1,000,000 points in the game, by himself, while looking extremely tired. He plays the song badly during his first public performance at the Gamecraft Arcade, before collapsing on the stage and throwing up.

  • The song was originally released in 1977. An updated remix version, by the original band, was included on Guitar Hero: World Tour.
