The Powdered Donut Pancake Surprise is one of the favorite food dishes of Eric Cartman that his mother Liane has made for him in a few episodes. The dish made its first appearance in "The Unaired Pilot" and "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe".
Background[]
In "The Unaired Pilot" and "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", Liane offers Cartman a Powdered Donut Pancake Surprise when he comes home from school, but he refuses the offer because the kids at school call him fat and angered him. She then makes him a pot pie instead.
In "Probably", Liane offers The Boys a Powdered Donut Pancake Surprise when they arrived in Cartman's house, but Cartman believes that she is trying to distract them from running their church and tells them not to fall for it, though he eventually starts eating one of the donuts himself.
In "Raising the Bar", Liane can be seen giving Cartman a Powdered Donut Pancake Surprise during the intro for "Here Comes Fatty Doo Doo".

The Powdered Donut Pancake Surprise consists of surrounding powdered mini donuts arranged on the sides of a plate with a stack of pancakes in the center of the circle. On top of the pancakes has some maple syrup, sprinkled powder, a piece of butter, and another powdered donut placed upright.
