Background[]
The elderly couple are seen driving in search for Country Kitchen Buffet, but encounters difficulties locating it. Pete Malman suddenly informs his wife that they had just past Country Kitchen Buffet. Lydia swerves around in an attempt to go back to it, but drives over a bridge, causing the car to land onto Stark's Pond, killing a fisherman below. The couple believes that they are in the parking lot to Country Kitchen Buffet as their car floats in the water. The couple later has their names revealed on a news report detailing the events that occurred.
