Patty Nelson appeared in "Le Petit Tourette" as a girl that Eric Cartman blurts out he fancies and fantasizes about kissing, much to her disgust. It is unknown why Eric likes her as he has never shown to be attracted to any girl or woman on the show other than Wendy Testaburger.
Appearance
Patty wears a purple jacket with black cuffs, a black skirt and black stockings. She has black hair and has a purple and white polka-dot hairband.
