The Park County Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center is an institution for the treatment of drug addiction and alcoholism.

Background[]

Ms. Stevenson's relationship with Ike Broflovski caused her to be fired from South Park Elementary and arrested, although she escaped prison sentence, claiming that she was an alcoholic. She received treatment in the rehabilitation center, where the therapist showed similar reaction as the South Park police did when asking about the teacher's past history of sexual abuse.
