The restaurant was used as a quarantine with townsfolk who consumed wheat gluten. Workers from the USDA in hazmat suits apprehend everyone who has come into contact with gluten. Randy Marsh is sent there when it was discovered he had a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer can in his garbage at home. Other at-risk gluten patients include Herbert Garrison and an unnamed man who dies from eating raw pizza dough.
Papa John's is a white building with a large red sign on the front. The roof is arched and is surrounded by large windows. Later, after the USDA takes over they place a high wire fence and armed guards around the restaurant.
