In Cartman's imaginations where he becomes skinnier with the help of weight-loss drugs, Cartman envisions offending several people, with the other parties unable to retort him for his weight. The imaginations see Cartman traveling to Pakistan to insult its people on their general appearance, with the public unable to make any significant remarks other than being a "normal person".
After Kyle rallies the school to stop making fun of people for their obesity, Cartman begins to realize his dream, ultimately booking a flight to Pakistan.
