Summary[]
After leaving Freeman's Tacos from "The Burrito Whisperer", you will get an alert from The Coon to come see him in the Coon Lair.
Walkthrough[]
Use the fast travel station down the street to the left of Freeman's Tacos to easily get to Cartman's House. The Coon wants to give you a promotion, basically, so he's giving you the option of choosing another class to dual class.
Note: Consider choosing two classes that mesh well together with moves that use the same blend of attack types so they both benefit from your Artifacts.
Once you've chosen your second class, you can swap out a few abilities. Think of how you can create a good balance with your team, and if you're lacking AOE, strong single target, or support abilities.
Then, Coon and Friends gets an emergency alert. Continue to "Civil War".
